Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. After leaving gymnastics Ariel Khadr began to compete in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. She was awarded her Professional Card in the year following aged 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. Following her decision to quit gymnastics Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old when she was 17, she earned her pro card. She became one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Following her Pro Card Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her college education. She came back in 2015 and picked up when she left taking part in elite contests such as those at the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for a few more years, setting new goals each year. In 2009 she was the winner of more than four fitness titles. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. She became one of the young IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) in the history of fitness. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from the sport to get her college degree. Her return came in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish with a third-place finish. The winner was IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and also qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months she was on the Olympia stage and took home the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel declared that she'd had no expectation prior to that and was satisfied with the results. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body for training is her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rowing, single lat pull-downs with one arm using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. She warms up before moving towards her sets. Ariel will also make the most out of her time. She combines all of her exercises in the back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she does.
