Luciana Paoluzzi and Maria Rota Paoluzzi were raised in Rome. Luciana Paoluzzi is the child of Manlio Paoluzzi (an Italian military officer) as well as Maria Rota Paoluzzi (a mistress to Benito Mussolini). The siblings of Luciana are not known. Luciana is the only female who graduated from her high school class from Milan. Luciana also studied nautical engineering in Milan.
